Final pricing may change if:

- Pickup or delivery locations change
- Vehicle dimensions or condition differ from those originally provided

Customers will be notified of any pricing adjustments before shipment is confirmed.
Booking Confirmation
A shipment is not considered scheduled until:
- Required customer information has been received

- Carrier availability has been secured
Jackson Auto Transports reserves the right to decline any shipment at its discretion.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate shipping information
- Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before pickup
- Ensure the vehicle is in operable condition unless non-running transport has been arranged
- Maintain no more than one-quarter tank of fuel
- Disable alarms before transport
- Provide keys necessary for loading and unloading
- Be available, or designate an authorized representative, during pickup and delivery inspections
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.
Pickup and Delivery
Pickup and delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping schedules may be affected by:

- Mechanical issues
- Road restrictions
- Carrier scheduling
- Natural disasters
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Jackson Auto Transports is not responsible for delays caused by these events.
Vehicle Inspection
A vehicle inspection will be completed at both pickup and delivery.
Customers should carefully inspect the vehicle before signing the Bill of Lading. Any visible transport-related damage should be documented immediately and reported to the carrier before accepting delivery.
Payments
Payment terms will be explained during the booking process.
Depending on the shipment, payment may be required:

Cancellations
